Appraisals of Paper Assets - Flat Fee
If you need a Valuation Estimate or an Appraisal of today's cash value, for the purpose of Estate Planning, Financial Planning, Income Statement Preparation, Balance Sheet Preparation, or any other purpose other than interest in selling, renting, or bartering your paper asset, we charge a Flat Rate of $250.
You will receive a Notarized, Official Copy of the Appraisal that can be used for any type of valuation purpose.

Free Appraisals of Paper Assets
For those interested in renting, bartering, or selling their real estate note or paper asset; We will provide FREE APPRAISALS. You must be the Note Holder, Owner of the Asset, or you must have controlling interest in the paper investment or asset to qualify for a free appraisal. (Note: Not valid for Estate Planning, Tax, or Financial Planning purposes. The Flat Fee for that service is $250.)

Consultative Services
If you or your company should need assistance in structuring privately financed real estate deals, business liquidations, business acquisitions, life settlements, account receivable financing, double closings, myriads of other types of deals, or would like general consultative services; We charge an hourly rate of $165/hr with a minimum of 5 hours. We will discuss all objectives, timelines, and concerns prior to the start of our service. All consultative services are approved on a case-by-case basis, and must be approved by our President before we may proceed. Initial Consultations of 15 minutes are $47 and must be prepaid.
